While not exactly incredibly lore friendly, the mod boasts a neon glow aesthetic, adding a new world space to explore, with new quests, weapons, armours, custom dialogue, NPC dialogue, vendors, locations and more. Now you can have an actual variety of vendors, rather than the same Hardware Town, Fallon's, and Hotel Rexford in every settlement. Not sure if you want to use mods, but there's a great mod called 'Not Your Average Neon' that has lots of cool neon signs and letter sets. Most of the other neon (ex. Great Deals) is from Better Stores. The long horizontal flags (ex. It's a cool place. You get the furniture and the light fixtures for the workshop. I was hoping to get the electronics too but sadly you dont. It might be a glitch but I cant scrap the bathroom fixtures, so I cant replace them with working ones from mods.
